We have a simple, fair billing system – no surprises.
Most of our estate planning, trusts, probate, elder law services, real estate attorney services, business attorney services and transactional law services are billed on a fixed fee basis. This allows us to provide great professional service at a fraction of our normal hourly rate. If your matter is best handled on an hourly basis, we will give you an estimate of the total anticipated cost, and we will never exceed that estimate unless you agree in advance that we should spend additional time.
We are responsive.
Our normal business hours are from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Pacific Monday through Friday. We are available every hour of every day of the year for our clients in emergency situations.
